You guys? Last night there was a snowdrift around my car (a minivan, by the way, so huge we call it the 2001 Space Odyssey) that was higher than the car's tires. Then it snowed more, and a snowplow came into my parking lot and pushed even more snow up around it. Now... well, my car looks like a snow minivan. I swear, all it needs is a corncob pipe and a button nose. *flails* I need to use that car, maybe not today, but certainly Monday. How will I ever get it out of there, and when I do, is it even going to start?
I also have a piece of advice for all of you. Do not leave your snow shovel flat on the ground beside your house before a 9-12 inch snowstorm. You may never find it again.
I think I may borrow the neighbors' snow shovel long enough to dig mine up.
(

At least I can share my recipe for Quick Mexican Hot Cocoa:

Finally, one of my
yuletide betas pointed out a massive error in the dialogue, and now I have to think of some way to fix it before the deadline arrives. I shall ponder while I look for my snow shovel.
